Today March 31, 2026 is the last day to pay your annual HOA dues without a late fee.
Beginning April 1, 2026, a 5% late fee will be applied to any unpaid balances. Mailed payments that are postmarked 3/31/2026 will not be assessed a late fee.
Homeowners may submit payment through the PayHOA portal or mail a check to:

Community Update:
We wanted to let everyone know that our irrigation well pump is in need of replacement, which is the reason for the dry grass along the wall and in some of the common areas. The HOA is aware of the issue and working to have it resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

This special board meeting will be held this Thursday at 6 pm at 643 Hart Lake Dr.
The agenda is appointing officers and voting on a storage unit for the subdivision.
